Doug Roberson
Doug Roberson, one of the AJC’s sports reporters, has been a reporter or editor at the AJC for the past 13 years. He currently is responsible for coverage of Atlanta United in Major League Soccer. He hosts the “Southern Fried Soccer” podcast. A native of Mableton who currently lives in Carrollton, he previously was responsible for covering Georgia State, Kennesaw State and other singular, annual events in metro Atlanta. He is married with a blended family of six kids and one dog.
